Phase-Radar Precision Sprinkler
Sprinkler solenoid triggered by a phase-modulated radar module. Senses the 3-D volume under the sprinkler and opens only when a cow is present — including a cow that is standing still.
View product →A camera-under-each-sprinkler that only waters the cows actually standing there.
Precision sprinkler head with an on-camera detection module. Detects cow presence in the spray zone and opens the solenoid only for the seconds the animal is under it, so water and cooling land on cows, not empty alley.
Compared to a standard timed sprinkler, vision-triggered sprinkling saves roughly 40–60% of water in freeSTALL layouts where cows are moving.
Edge-processing: the detection algorithm runs inside the camera, so one failed node does not take the whole barn offline. Cameras talk to the controller wirelessly.
Downside (per our own comparison table): camera-based detection is sensitive to strong light, dust and clogging; needs the more professional maintenance cycle compared to microwave or phase sensors.
The 2025 upgrade adds a force-mode where all solenoids open at a set time or temperature, plus a "sprinkler room" mode that gives the herd a 5–10 minute concentrated shower at a scheduled window.

A sprinkler loop installed above the water trough with a presence sensor; when a cow lowers her head to drink, the water is triggered for the length of her visit. Cheapest precision-cooling retrofit for an existing barn.
View product →Retrofit cabinet that takes over your existing sprinkler and fan circuits. Reads temperature + humidity, computes THI, and runs staged cooling (fan first, fan + sprinkler at higher THI, force-mode above a critical band).
