Milking Vacuum Pump Monitor
A 2-channel pressure sensor that logs every vacuum cycle and pushes readings over 4G.
Bolt-on monitor for the vacuum side of a milking machine. Two pressure channels sampled at 32 pts/s and packaged every 3 seconds, sent over 4G LTE Cat1 to a cloud dashboard — you see the pulse trace without wiring the plant room.
Two synchronous pressure channels cover the main and the pulse line. Sampling is continuous after boot; every 3 s becomes one packet up to the platform.
Runs from a 12–28 V DC supply with automatic primary/backup switching, so a momentary dip in the plant supply does not drop the record.
IP68 enclosure, ABS + PC shell, 145 × 81 × 52 mm — mount inside the machine-room wall box or on the vacuum regulator bracket.
