A ceiling-mounted sensor that watches each calf’s breathing and heart rate without touching her.
A non-contact respiration and heart-rate monitor hung over a calf hutch or pen. Screens for pneumonia and inflammation in the 0–14-day window where early intervention saves calves.
Mounted 80–120 cm above the calf when she lies down, suspended from a wire or steel rod across the pen. The sensor looks straight down; one hutch = one calf = one unit.
The monitor itself needs 24 V DC — plug a 220 V → 24 V supply at the barn wall. Data is transmitted wirelessly to a gateway.
Alerts and history are on the WeChat mini-program. When you rotate calves out, re-bind the new calf number to the same device.
